Fire Terminator solutions are non-corrosive unlike other toxic foams. This means the life of fire trucks are also extended with no damage being done compared to traditional corrosive foams.
Fire Terminator is compatible with existing equipment and unlike foams and powders are easily switched without needing any special hardware fittings.
After using traditional toxic foams, firefighters typically have to flush and rinse the tanks and hoses. Even after rinsing and flushing, these foams can still leave toxic residue on the equipment. When Fire Terminator solutions are used, tanks, hoses and equipment can be cleaned with the same maintenance techniques in a shorter amount of time without any stubborn residue being left behind.

Long Lasting and Wide Ranging Applications

Fire Terminator solutions have been designed for repeated uses. Where traditional fire fighting foams have to be used or disposed once mixed into a tank, Fire Terminator solutions can be recapped and used again for multiple fire fights.
Fire Terminator is adaptable and highly compatible. It can be combined with water, seawater and even with other traditional foam solutions.

Usage Guide – Specially formulated for forest fires

Fire Terminator solutions are compatible with all current firefighting equipment. No additional hardware accessories are needed.
The most common way to use our solution is via an inductor
The tanks on modern fire trucks can be switched from carrying foam to carrying the Fire Terminator solution. For fire trucks without foam tanks, the concentrate can be poured into the main tank with the appropriate mix ratio.
Mix Ratio: We recommend using 6% JN1010 to 94% fresh or salt water. This ratio of concentrate may be increased to 20:80 depending on the desired speed and efficacy needed to knock down the fire. The higher the concentration mix, the faster the suppression.

Case Study

Mexico Landfill Fire

Fire Terminator was called to respond to a landfill fire in Mexico. While foams are traditionally used to form a blanket layer in order to suffocate the fuel to extinguish a Class A fire, the challenge in this situation was that while the layer of foam sat on top of the surface, the fire was raging a foot below the surface of the trash, unaffected by the foam because of the ample air in the numerous gaps/pockets.
Being a denser liquid, the Fire Terminator solution was able to flow into the gaps, being pulled down by gravity, and put out the fires below the surface of the landfill where it stopped the fires and prevent it from restarting.

Indonesia Peat Fire

Fire Terminator has donated more than 50,000 litres of concentrate to help fight the Indonesian peatland fires.
With a 2% solution to water dilution ratio, they were also to make 2.5 million litres of extinguishing power – sufficient to cover 2.5 million square metres of land.
Partnering with the Indonesian Air Force, they successfully helped the territories of Jambi, Riau and Palembang extinguish the wildfires and mitigate future peatland fires with the Fire Terminator solution.
